Johnstown, PA – November 2, 2017 - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, celebrated the official opening of its Johnstown contact center with a ribbon cutting ceremony earlier today.
The celebration, which was held at 9:00 a.m., featured remarks by local officials as well as a site tour.
