For 3rd Year in a Row, Convergys China is Best Outsourcing Customer Contact Center for Technical Support

In October, Convergys, a global leader in customer management, was recognized as the 2016 China Best Outsourcing Customer Contact Center for Technical Support. This is the third straight year that Convergys China consecutively obtained this award from Golden Voice Awards, a 9-year running industry recognition hosted by 51Callcenter.

This award is given to an outsourced contact center and CRM company with significant achievement in technical capacity and customer support, significant increase in breadth of products and solutions, and major customer acquisition and operational efficiency, as well as significant satisfaction in customer service, employee engagement and public reputation.
