Convergys Colombia Celebrates New Site Opening

Bogota, Colombia, August 8, 2017 - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is celebrating today the official opening of a new contact center in Colombia:  Meridiano 116.

The 4600 square meter facility is located at  Avenida Carrera 45 No. 114-90 and will house 1000 new employees by mid 2018 who will provide service in English, Spanish, French, Italian and German to customers from some of the top retail and healthcare industries in the world.  The nine-story building features cutting edge technology with advanced network capabilities, conference rooms, a modern employee lounge, terrace, full-service cafeteria, ample parking spaces and many other amenities.
